What is your standard turnaround time for deliverables?
We offer a tiered delivery system. On-site highlights can be delivered just in time for real-time press releases and social media. The full curated and color-graded gallery is typically delivered via a secure cloud link within 3 to 5 business days.
Do you carry Public Liability Insurance (PLI)?
Yes. ARS Fotografía is fully insured with Comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. We can provide the specific certificate of currency and any required risk assessment documentation (RAMS) for the venue prior to the event.
How do you ensure data integrity and technical redundancy?
Reliability is our priority. All cameras utilize dual-slot recording, creating an instant backup of every frame. Upon completion of the day, footage is mirrored to redundant physical drives and encrypted cloud storage to eliminate any single point of failure.
Do you provide raw footage or unedited files?
While standard contracts include fully processed assets, we offer B-Roll packages and raw 4K footage for agencies with internal post-production teams.
What is your geographical coverage? Do you only operate in Malaga?
While we are strategically based in Malaga—and are active members of the Malaga Convention Bureau—our services are not limited by location. We provide comprehensive coverage for congresses and corporate events across all of Spain and Europe.
